Our policy is simple: MUDPATH will ship almost anything on our site to almost anywhere in Australia for free (unless otherwise specified). No minimums. No kidding.

Shipping Guide

Express Shipping with tracking number is free for all orders at MUDPATH (unless otherwise specified). 

We use TOLL IPEC and Fastway service and can deliver to your home address almost anywhere in Australia. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, armed forces or AFPOs. And shipping to very remote areas are not free (please follow the link to find out where). If you are in these areas, please contact our customer service team before placing any order. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.

By ordering with, you grant MUDPATH and our couriers the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release MUDPATH from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery. MUDPATH is also not liable in the event that your goods are lost in transit by the couriers. To avoid any potential loss, we recommend customers pay for insurance on all their purchases for additional security.

Domestic shipping takes 2–7 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day. Orders made within two days of a public holiday or during busy sale periods may take up to an additional five days to be delivered.

Pick up from warehouse

At checkout, simply select ‘pick up from warehouse’ and collect from our warehouse located at U3, 94 Abbott Road, Hallam, Victoria 3803.

Within 48 business hours of placing your order you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. We will confirm that your order has been processed and is ready for collection. If there are any issues throughout the process our team will be in contact to discuss your order, alternatively you can contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 268 955.

Once you have received an order confirmation make your way into MUDPATH warehouse, with photo ID and your order confirmation in hand we will have your items packed and ready to go. If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf please call or email us with your and the person's details.
